About the Role
As an SEO & Content Strategist at Naveera, you'll own the strategy and execution that drives organic growth and qualified pipeline. You'll build content that ranks, converts, and scales our search presence while working closely with product, sales, and customer teams to translate insights into compelling narratives that attract and convert our ideal customers.
Responsibilities
- Own the SEO + content strategy that grows qualified organic traffic and turns it into pipeline
- Build and maintain a content roadmap (topic clusters, briefs, publishing cadence) aligned with product and GTM priorities
- Create and optimize high-intent pages (landing pages, use cases, comparisons) that convert
- Improve on-page SEO and site structure (information architecture, internal linking, metadata, content refresh cycles)
- Partner with product, sales, and customer teams to translate insights into search-led narratives
- Track performance and iterate using SEO + conversion metrics (rankings, traffic quality, leads, activation)
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years experience owning B2B SaaS SEO and content strategy (not only blog writing)
- Strong execution across the loop: research → strategy → briefs → publish → optimize → measure
- Practical knowledge of technical/on-page SEO (crawl/index basics, internal linking, page templates, schema familiarity)
- Proven ability to write or direct conversion-focused content with a consistent brand voice
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort using data to prioritize and improve outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fleet, telematics, transportation, logistics, IoT, or regulated B2B software
- Demonstrated ability building organic growth from a low baseline and scaling topic authority over time
- Experience managing freelance writers/agency and setting editorial + SEO QA standards
- Familiarity with hybrid funnels and content that supports both education and revenue
