About the Role
As a Technical Content Lead at Naveera, you'll own all product education and technical content across the customer lifecycle. You'll transform complex technical concepts into clear, actionable content that helps customers and partners understand and adopt Naveera's platform. From video tutorials and documentation to blog posts and marketing copy, you'll ensure our content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with our brand voice.
Responsibilities
- Own Naveera's product education content (video scripts, tutorials, demos) across the customer lifecycle
- Own written content: blogs, landing-page copy, customer-facing guides, and release/feature communication
- Own technical documentation standards and clarity (e.g., OBD PID docs, integration docs) in a way that's usable by customers and partners
- Support marketing with positioning-aligned content (campaign messaging, case studies, sales enablement materials)
- Maintain an editorial system: content calendar, feedback loops with product/engineering, and continuous updates as the product evolves
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience producing B2B SaaS content that explains complex products clearly (writing + instructional content)
- Strong ability to turn SME input into clear, structured documentation and customer-friendly education
- Demonstrated video scripting / on-camera coaching or training-style content creation (even if they aren't the final editor)
- Comfortable collaborating with product/engineering and working inside fast-moving release cycles
- Can draft legal-adjacent docs (Terms/Policies) with the expectation of final legal review
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fleet, telematics, IoT, transportation, logistics, or regulated SaaS
- Familiarity with technical concepts like APIs, event-driven systems, device data/diagnostics (enough to document accurately)
- SEO + distribution experience (content that ranks + converts, not just "writes well")
- Experience building a consistent brand voice across product, docs, and marketing
Soft Skills
- Extremely clear communicator; can align stakeholders and drive approvals without drama
- Proactive, self-directed, and systems-minded (creates repeatable processes, not one-off content)
